Chapter 10 - The Indestructible FoundationSix months later, the toxic chaos of Ryan and Amber was nothing but a footnote in the incredible story of our success. Both were convicted and sentenced to federal prison. APT Vietnam skyrocketed to an unprecedented valuation, completely untouched by the failed smear campaign, our Meta accounts fully restored and permanently protected by Tới and Giang's architecture.

The crisp autumn air swept across the sprawling, manicured lawns of our newly completed estate. I stood on the pristine driveway, looking up at the architectural masterpiece Mark and I had built entirely from the ground up. The sweeping mái nhật roof provided a profound sense of grounding and peace, perfectly designed to withstand the harsh coastal winds.
I walked through the massive double doors and stepped into the heart of the home.
The twelve-square-meter kitchen was bathed in golden afternoon sunlight. The custom 304 stainless steel cabinets with their tempered glass doors gleamed flawlessly. It was industrial, beautiful, and completely indestructible.
"It’s absolutely perfect," Mark said, walking into the warm, glowing space. He was carrying a tray of freshly baked cookies, a wide, breathtaking smile on his face as the scent of vanilla filled the air.
"We built a fortress," Mark murmured, setting the tray on the granite island and handing me a glass of expensive red wine. He looked at me with a profound, overwhelming reverence.
"We built a home," I corrected softly, looking out the massive kitchen window at the peaceful, secure backyard. "The steel and the concrete are just materials. The real foundation is the peace we fought for."
Mark’s eyes softened with a love so deep it physically ached. He stepped back, and right there, in the center of our indestructible kitchen, he dropped to one knee.
He reached into his pocket and pulled out a sleek velvet box. He opened it, revealing a stunning, flawless emerald-cut diamond that caught the sunlight perfectly.
"I don't just want to fight your battles with you," Mark said, his voice thick with emotion, his dark eyes locked entirely on mine. "I want to celebrate every victory, wake up next to you every morning, and build the rest of my life entirely around you. Will you marry me?"
Tears of pure, unadulterated joy spilled over my eyelashes. I looked at the incredible man kneeling before me, the beautiful home we had designed together, and the vast, unburdened horizon stretching out in front of us.
"Yes," I whispered, pulling him up by the lapels of his shirt. "Yes, Mark. A million times, yes."

He slipped the ring onto my finger and pulled me into a sweeping, passionate kiss. The world around us melted away, leaving only the profound, unbreakable security of the life we had built.
The villains had played their games. They had tried to break me, manipulate my loved ones, and destroy my empire with lies and digital smoke. But they had all made one fatal miscalculation. Every time they tried to crush me, they were simply compacting the earth beneath my feet, giving me a harder, stronger surface to build my kingdom upon. My life was finally, permanently at peace.
