Graham quickly pulled out a chair for me.
"Sienna is our Director of Private Acquisitions," Graham explained nervously. "She handles all family trust integrations."

Graham's father, Richard Whitlock, cleared his throat.

"What is the meaning of this?" Richard demanded.
Graham looked at me, panic finally breaking through his arrogant facade.
"Vivian?"
I stood up.
I reached into my designer bag and pulled out a stack of printed emails and the notarized contract between Graham and Sienna.

I tossed them onto the center of the table.
"The meaning," I said perfectly calmly, "is that the acquisition is canceled."
