Chapter 8 - The Seedance Protocol

For the next twelve hours, the indestructible stainless-steel kitchen transformed into an impenetrable digital war room. Sal arrived with three of Roman’s top cyber-specialists, but it was Evelyn who commanded the room. She understood the psychology of construction, whether it was silk or software.

"The Obsidian Coalition is relying on advanced AI-assisted content production workflows to generate these deepfakes," Evelyn explained, pointing to the cascading data streams on the monitors set up across the granite island. "They are using a heavily modified Seedance 2.0 architecture to generate the video prompts. It’s mathematically perfect, but it’s automated. That is their vulnerability."

"So how do we break it, boss lady?" Sal asked, leaning against the steel refrigerator.

"We don't break it. We hijack it," Evelyn replied, her fingers flying across a keyboard. "We are going to deploy a Virtual KOC counter-measure."

Evelyn directed the team to generate a massive fleet of Virtual Key Opinion Consumers—hyper-realistic AI avatars tailored perfectly to intercept the syndicate's traffic arbitrage. But instead of pushing a defensive press release, Evelyn’s avatars were designed to infiltrate the Obsidian Coalition's clone networks, dropping microscopic, self-replicating digital parasites disguised as standard engagement metrics.

"I am isolating their scene-by-scene prompt structures," Evelyn murmured, the adrenaline singing in her veins. "The moment their automated system pulls my visual update to generate their next batch of deepfakes, they are going to pull my parasite directly into their central root server."

Roman stood behind her, his large hands resting heavily on her shoulders, an immovable anchor in the storm. He watched his soon-to-be wife dismantle a global syndicate with nothing but a keyboard and sheer, terrifying brilliance.

At 11:42 PM, the primary monitor flashed a brilliant, blinding green.

"I have the backdoor," Evelyn breathed, a dark, victorious smile touching her lips. "I am inside their shadow ledgers. They were stupid enough to link their rendering software to their offshore financial proxies. Roman, they don't even know we hold the keys."

"Take everything," Roman commanded, his voice a low, lethal rumble.

Evelyn hit the execute key. The malware ripped the Coalition's shadow empire apart. In real-time, she stripped away their military-grade VPNs, shattered their firewalls, and drained their hidden, multi-billion-dollar liquid cash reserves, funneling the funds into a thousand untraceable micro-transactions scattered across the globe.
